Why power wash before painting?
Dirt, chalking and mildew stop new paint from bonding. Washing and treating the surface first promotes proper adhesion and a longer-lasting finish.

We are based in Hillside, NJ and serve Northern and Central New Jersey, including Essex, Union, Hudson, Bergen, Passaic and Middlesex Counties. For larger projects we travel throughout the state.

Yes. L&X Painting LLC is licensed and insured in New Jersey (NJ Home Improvement License 13VH14030000) and holds an NJ Public Works Contractor Registration. Our team has OSHA 40-Hour Construction safety training.
